1. About these terms
These Terms apply to Pocket Giants and goldenhammer.app. The developer and publisher is Giorgi Andriadze, an independent individual using the studio name Golden Hammer. “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Giorgi Andriadze.
By downloading or using the game, or using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use them. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms yourself, ask your parent or guardian to review them with you and provide any permission required by law.

2. Playing the game
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play a legitimately obtained copy of Pocket Giants on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules. The game is licensed, not sold.
No account is required to play. You are responsible for meeting the game’s device requirements and for any device or network charges. Please observe the age rating and eligibility rules of the store through which you obtain the game.
3. Ownership and sharing
The game, this website, their original code, artwork, audio, names, and other content are owned by me or used under the relevant permissions or licences. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licences.
You are welcome to share your own gameplay screenshots and videos, including in reviews, streams, and videos supported by advertising. Please do not present your content as an official Golden Hammer release or distribute the game’s standalone assets or installation files without permission. This permission does not override any separate third-party rights.
4. Responsible use
Please do not:
- Redistribute or sell unauthorised copies of the game, or impersonate the developer.
- Use the website or related services to distribute malicious software, interfere with security, or unlawfully access information.
- Remove ownership notices or use the game’s branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement.
- Copy or extract content for an unrelated product, except where a licence or applicable law allows it.
Nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted, including applicable rights relating to interoperability, lawful research, accessibility, or statutory exceptions.
5. Saves, changes, and updates
Progress, settings, unfinished boards, and Undo history are stored locally. There is currently no Golden Hammer account or cloud-save service. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, changing devices, or a device failure may cause progress to be lost. Your platform’s backup and restore behaviour may vary.
I may release updates, rebalance puzzles, fix bugs, or change features. I aim to preserve progress, but cannot promise that every saved position will work with every future version. Updates may require a supported device or operating system. Nothing in this section limits any update or remedy obligation that applies by law.
6. App stores and purchases
If you obtain the game or make a purchase through an app store, that store’s terms, payment process, and refund procedures also apply. This website does not process payments. Any price or purchase conditions must be shown at the point of purchase.
Contact the relevant store about payment processing or refunds, or contact me if you need help with the game itself. Your legal rights to refunds, cancellation, or remedies for faulty digital content are not removed by these Terms.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains local saves, GameAnalytics, website hosting, support messages, and your data rights. It is a notice about information processing, not a replacement for any consent that is required by law.
8. Availability and your rights
I work to make Pocket Giants reliable, but software can contain bugs. Subject to any rights and guarantees that apply by law, the game and website are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent support for every version.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or events outside my reasonable control. This is not an exclusion of liability where such an exclusion is unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. You retain access to the courts and remedies available to you under applicable law.
Links to app stores or other websites lead to services operated by others. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
9. Changes, ending use, and contact
You can stop using the game or website at any time. If you materially breach these Terms, your licence may be ended to the extent permitted by law, subject to any notice or opportunity to remedy that the law requires. I may restrict abusive access to the website or related online services where reasonably necessary.
I may update these Terms when the game or legal requirements change. The current version is dated above. Material changes will be communicated where legally required; changes do not remove rights or remedies you already have.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If you have a concern, please contact me so I can try to help. This does not require you to contact me before using a legal remedy.
